"My wife and I are new to town. In fact we came from across the country and knew nothing about the local market. We did not know prices, we did not know neighborhoods, we did not know taxes or homeowners associations, or crime, or utilities; or anything. All we had to go on when choosing our broker was our personal judgment about the quality and honesty of the people that we met. During our first month in Mississippi, and long before we were in the market for a home, when we knew no one, and had no family to spend the holidays we were befriended by Tonya, her husband Chad, and her whole extended family. We were welcomed into their homes like we were long lost cousins. We were floored. Needless to say, when we did go into the housing market Tonya was our first and only choice. And what a GREAT choice that turned out to be! Tonya spent days and days taking us all around and showed us every kind of property. She never lost patience when I really did not know what I wanted. She just smiled and kept on working. Every text was answered within seconds. Every time we wanted a second look Tonya was right there. When I told Tonya that I wanted, not just a home, but a bargain and that I might be in the market for many months, Tonya just said "Okay". No pushing. No pitch. No pressure. Just a lovely smile and great service. So we now own the home we wanted. In the neighborhood we wanted. With the space we wanted. It is beautiful and my wife is in LOVE with the place. Oh, yes, and before I forget to mention, got it at the bargain price that I wanted too! Sometime, you just run in to the right people. Tonya is one of those. Highly Recommended!"

"This is my first review ever. I don’t usually do them and I have bought and sold a dozen properties. However, I feel the need to recommend Ms Tonya. She has been the best realtor I have ever had, to the point of using her for the last four interactions on my properties. She is extremely professional and goes above and beyond but what makes her stand out the most to me was that I never felt like a number to her. She cares and treats you like you are her only client. I would use her a million times more if I had the houses to buy!"

"Tonya has helped me purchase two homes and sell one. She is very responsive and extremely helpful! She listed a house we had for sale and the house went under contract the day after it was on the market! The pictures that were done of the inside of the house were amazing quality. She is willing to show you as many homes as you like until you find the one you love. She will answer any questions you have even in the evenings and weekends. She is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend her."
